Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our trusted print partners (e.g., P), ensuring high-quality production.

We use a global print provider network to fulfill orders from the nearest location, reducing shipping time and costs.

⚠️ If no print provider is available in your country, your order will be shipped from the nearest facility, which may result in longer shipping times and customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Production Time: Typically 2-7 business days, depending on the item. Shipping times vary based on destination and method.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are immediately sent to production.


Shipping & Delivery

Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided after fulfillment.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


Payment & Billing

Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.

All prices are listed in USD (or other applicable currencies).

Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item is defective or damaged.

There was an error in the order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.


⚠️ Order Cancellations: Not possible once placed, as production begins immediately.

All JAST Decor designs are copyright-protected and may not be copied, resold, or modified for resale.


Custom Orders & Personalization

We accept custom and personalized orders.

Important: Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Please double-check all details before submitting a custom request.


Customs Fees & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not included in product or shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
